Refund and cancellation policy

KBK Technologies provides services delivered online, including website and software development, hosting and maintenance. Deliverables are provided online according to the dates and scope agreed in your quote.
Cancelling before work starts
If you cancel before work has started, any advance paid is refunded in full.
Cancelling after work has started
If you cancel after work has started, payments for stages already completed are not refundable. Any amount paid for a stage that has not started will be refunded, subject to the written quote and applicable law.
Hosting and care fees
Yearly hosting and care fees can be cancelled within 7 days of payment for a full refund. After that, the paid service year runs to its end and is not refunded, and the service will not renew unless agreed.
If we cannot deliver
If we are unable to deliver an agreed part of the service, you will receive a refund for that undelivered part.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method, or to your bank account where appropriate, within 7 working days. Your bank may take additional time to show the refund.
